In our ongoing effort to make your pet's health care as convenient and easy as possible, you may now request a refill for your pet’s prescription online by submitting the following form.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your pet’s prescriptions to be refilled. We will contact you by phone or email when the prescription is approved and ready. Your pet must be a patient at South Des Moines Veterinary Center. If you have any immediate questions regarding your pet’s prescription, please call the vet center at 515-285-5523.
